A Flagstaff re-transplant; I moved to Flagstaff in 1993 with my family. In 1999 I graduated from NAU with a BS Chemistry, married, and moved to CA for 4 years. Birthed my first daughter using HypnoBirthing and had a fabulous experience. Moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and founded HypnoBirthing Las Vegas where I successfully and passionately taught the Mongan Method to more than 450 families and then birthed my second daughter. In 2007 my family returned to Flagstaff, AZ and we plan to stay here forever! Besides teaching HypnoBirthing through HypMama I also provide website, print publication and advertising for It's About Coffee (my other passion).
