Personal - $25.00 per year
Designed for the individual who wishes to support Flagstaff Birth Network, but does not wish to advertise a business or service.
• Discounted admission to Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events, trainings and workshops.
• Subscription to our quarterly newsletter - Arizona Birth Connection.
• Invitation to all Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events and activities.
• Acknowledgment on our website.
Business - $50.00 per year
Designed for small businesses or individuals who offer services in one category.
• One website referral listing (one category) for your business or service. Additional listings can be purchased for $25.00 / year.
• Ability to distribute your marketing materials (business cards, brochures, event info) at Flagstaff Birth Network events, or in our welcome packages (as space allows).
• Discounted admission to Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events, trainings and workshops.
• Subscription to our quarterly newsletter - Arizona Birth Connection- and discounted advertising rates.
• Invitation to all Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events and activities.
Non-Profit Organization - $60 per year
Designed for any not-for-profit organization operating within the state of Arizona. 501c3 status is not a requirement.
• One website referral listing for your organization (including description, community served and contact information) to increase your visibility in the community. Additional listings can be purchased for $25.00 / year.
• Ability to distribute your marketing materials (business cards, brochures, event info) at Flagstaff Birth Network events, or in our welcome packages (as space allows).
• Discounted admission to Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events, trainings and workshops for up to four of your members.
• Subscription to our quarterly newsletter - Arizona Birth Connection - (up to four copies) and discounted advertising rates.
• Invitation to all Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events and activities.
Corporate - $100.00 per year
Designed for larger companies, partnerships, or individuals who offer more than one service (i.e, doula, childbirth educator and massage therapist)
• Up to four website referral listings (either list up to four employees/partners, or have your listing posted in up to four categories) for your business or service. Additional listings can be purchased for $25.00 / year.
• Ability to distribute your marketing materials (business cards, brochures, event info) at Flagstaff Birth Network events, or in our welcome packages (as space allows).
• Discounted admission to Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events, trainings and workshops for up to four employees/partners.
• Subscription to our quarterly newsletter - Arizona Birth Connection - (up to four copies) and discounted advertising rates.
• Invitation to all Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Network events and activities.
Benefactor - $200.00 per year
This membership level is designed for individuals, businesses or organizations who wish to support Flagstaff Birth Network and who are not interested in reciprocity.
• Option for acknowledgment on our website as an official sponsor of the Flagstaff Birth Network, including your business logo and/or link to your website.
• All other membership benefits available on request.
Please Note: The Flagstaff and Arizona Birth Networks endorse the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative (MFCI) created by the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services (CIMS) and requires that ALL members endorse the MFCI. Please read the MFCI document and check the box on the membership application indicating your agreement.
